Yes. After you opt out, part of the Services provided by Poper Blocker will no longer be available, meaning overlays will not be blocked automatically. You may opt out of the automatic data collection process by deselecting the checkbox next to the words “Enable Overlay Blocking” in the Options page of Poper Blocker.
